Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
How many Interactors can I create?
As many as you need. Your plan usage is based on total chats across your Interactors, so different Interactors share the same monthly chat allowance.
Why would I want multiple Interactors?
You may want one that serves your customers, and a totally separate one that serves your internal team or members.
Is there a trial?
Yes, Pro and Business include a 14-day trial so you can start before choosing the plan that fits.
Is there a contract?
No, all listed plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Custom workflows and integrations are scoped separately when needed.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
If you exceed your monthly chats limit, additional chats are just $0.99 each, or we may recommend another plan if it is a better fit.
